My boys boys both love yogurt, and I'm a big fan of them eating it because of the protein and calcium in it. While I'm not a huge yogurt eater myself, I do like to substitute sour cream with Greek Yogurt when ever possible. I like that Greek yogurt tends to be thicker than regular yogurt and that it has more protein and low to no fat in it.
And now Yoplait has come out with Yoplait GREEK in four flavors: Strawberry, Blueberry, Honey Vanilla and Plain.
I'm very excited to try it, and I think I'm going to use it to try out the Creamy Turkey Mushroom Stroganoff recipe Yoplait Greek has on their website.
